Ruben has over 20 years of experience in valuations and has carried out the valuation of thousands of residential complexes. He keeps close track of the market and value developments. As a result, he is unparalleled in determining an up-to-date market value for each complex in every location in the Netherlands. As the Managing Director of Capital Value Valuations, Ruben has final responsibility for the valuation team. Ruben is a registered valuer, member of RICS and the NRVT and has a HypZert MLV certificate that allows him to value for German Pfandbrief banks. He is also a World Recognised Valuer (WAVO WRV).
