Fedde is responsible for our valuation services to housing associations. He is a highly experienced certified NVM Valuer and registered with the NRVT. Fedde has been responsible for the valuation of thousands of housing complexes and portfolios throughout the Netherlands. With his knowledge and extensive experience in structuring large databases, he laid the foundation for the creation of Capital Value's Automatic Valuation Model.
