Vesteda has recently sold a total of 336 apartments, two integral car parks and approx. 8,687 m² of commercial space at De Boompjes in Rotterdam. The apartments are spread across three residential towers, and the purchaser is Grouwels Vastgoed. With a sale price of more than ? 50 million, this transaction represents the largest single asset deal in residential investment in the last few years. Vesteda was assisted in the transaction by Capital Value, with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek acting as its legal adviser.
