Building on Success
Kees van Harten, Managing Director at Capital Value: “The theme of our congress this year was ‘Building on Success’. Much is written about what is not going well in the Dutch housing market. With this prize we want to emphasize what is going well. Various projects were eligible for this prize. The OX consists of 80% medium-sized rental properties. It is a positive sign that institutional investors are prepared to invest in this type of property for the long term. The apartments are a very welcome addition to the housing stock in Amsterdam.”
