On behalf of Achmea Dutch Residential Fund, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance recently sold a residential portfolio of 20 properties for EUR 66 million. The portfolio consists of 120 single-family dwellings, 262 multi-family dwellings, 8 commercial spaces and parking spaces. The buyer is a private investor. Capital Value advised Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance on the sale. The legal guidance of the process was provided by Core Notariaat.
Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance sells residential portfolio of 382 dwellings
The dwellings are located in Assen, Gouda, Rotterdam, Meerssen, Sittard and Heerlen, among others. The construction years of the properties are between 1972 and 2009.
