On Monday 8 February, the fifth edition of Capital Value's annual event 'Shared Value' took place (see video impression). The event was attended by 150 investors and housing associations. This year's theme was: Cooperation works! Presentations were given by the Dutch Minister of Housing, Stef Blok, Henk Jagersma (Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance), Arie Hubers (ING Real Estate Finance) and Rob Haans (De Alliantie). Marijn Snijders, managing director of Capital Value presented the results of Capital Value's annual research amongst Dutch investors and housing associations.
