As per December 1st, Stefan Janssen will start as Head of Consultancy at Capital Value, where he will be responsible for all Capital Value's consultancy services on the Dutch residential investment market. Stefan previously worked as investment adviser at DTZ Zadelhoff and Research & Strategy manager at Redevco. Thijs Konijnendijk, who has been Head of Research at Capital Value since 2018, will be responsible for both the research and data intelligence team of Capital Value.

With Stefan joining the team, two core teams are created within the research services of Capital Value that are completely complementary to each other, namely Consultancy, led by Stefan Janssen and Research & Data Intelligence, led by Thijs Konijnendijk.
