Staedion has transferred the ten-unit residential care complex Thomashuis de Oliemolen in Delft to Hof Wonen. This is a Thomashuis with a residential care facility for nine residents with a mental disability and an independent home for the care operator. Capital Value supervised the transaction on behalf of Staedion.

Thomashuis de Oliemolen is located in an old oil mill in Delft on the edge of the Molenbuurt district. There are more than 100 Thomas homes in the Netherlands.
