MICRO-WONEN B.V. recently sold 50 sustainable apartments with 60 parking spaces to Hollandse Huizen. It concerns homes in the recently completed complex De Ferdinand in Dronten. The purchase price is approximately 9 million euros. Capital Value supervised the transaction on behalf of MICRO-WONEN B.V. Core Notariaat provided the legal guidance.

The Ferdinand was completed in 2021 and is located in the Hanzekwartier in Dronten, within walking distance of the NS train station. KPO Planontwikkeling from Zaanstad carried out the entire development and realisation as a delegated developer on behalf of MICRO-WONEN. It is a sustainable (gas-free) complex that is equipped with, among other things, a heat pump, solar panels and underfloor heating. The majority of the apartments have two rooms, some apartments consist of three rooms. The homes are mainly rented in the social (regulated) rental segment and partly in the mid-priced rental segment.
