Lingotto sells new-build development LOOS in the Hague to Vesteda
LOOS is a contemporary and striking design by AAArchitecten in Loosduinen, a district in the southwest of The Hague. The apartments have an average surface of approx. 63 sqm. The front doors of the apartments are located on a gallery around the courtyard. The complex has been developed with a high-quality durability class. Arjan Peerboom, director at Capital Value: “This development is a good example of adding affordable rental apartments to the housing stock, for which there is a huge demand in the Hague. We still see a lot of interest from investors in these types of properties. Due to the increasing housing shortage, it is extremely important that market parties and government work together even more to make new construction projects possible.”
