On behalf of housing association Lefier, we recently started with the sale of Pepergasthuis, a monumental complex with a history that dates back to 1405, making it one of the oldest complexes in the city of Groningen. Pepergasthuis consists of 29 independent apartments, a church, a dining room with kitchen, a guard room in an authentic state and a communal inner courtyard.
