An international institutional fund managed by Rubens Capital Partners has acquired two residential portfolios from Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance. It concerns a portfolio of BPL Pensioen and a portfolio of Pensioenfonds van de Metalektro (PME) consisting of 345 and 376 dwellings, respectively. Capital Value advised Syntrus Achmea on the sale. Rubens Capital Partners was involved in the transaction on behalf of the buyer. The legal support was provided by Core Notariaat and Loyens & Loeff.
International fund purchases two Dutch residential portfolios
