Grouwels Vastgoed acquires 413 homes from Amvest
It concerns a sustainable portfolio with favourable construction years (after 2000) and primarily energy label A. The properties all feature spacious homes (averaging approximately 100 m²) and are situated in favourable locations in the Netherlands. The two properties in Barendrecht consist of single-family homes. The other properties consist of multi-family homes.
Jens van Hasenbroek, Director Transactions at Capital Value: “The transaction took place within a very short timeframe. The favourable characteristics of the portfolio and the mutual trust between the parties were the underlying factors. In the current market we see that there is sufficient capital available for prime residential complexes and that there is confidence in Dutch residential investments.”
