Bouwfonds European Residential Fund (by Bouwfonds REIM) has acquired a considerable housing portfolio in the Netherlands (Rotterdam and Leiden), previously owned by Vesteda. It includes 369 apartments, 1,730 m² commercial space and 206 on-site parking spaces . The transaction has a total value of approx. ? 51 million. Capital Value B.V, together with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, advised Vesteda on the sale. Colliers International, in cooperation with CMS Derks Star Busmann, advised on behalf of Bouwfonds European Residential Fund.
