Delta Lloyd Vastgoed has sold a residential portfolio of more than 500 dwellings to a private investor. The portfolio includes 85 single-family dwellings en 422 multi-family dwellings in Bergen op Zoom, Geldrop, Haarlem en Voorschoten. Capital Value advised Delta Lloyd Vastgoed on the sale. This transaction confirms that Dutch private investors are still active on the residential market, despite the growing competition from international investors.
