Delta Lloyd Vastgoed has sold a residential portfolio of more than 500 dwellings to a private investor. The portfolio includes 85 single-family dwellings en 422 multi-family dwellings in Bergen op Zoom, Geldrop, Haarlem en Voorschoten. Capital Value advised Delta Lloyd Vastgoed on the sale.
