The municipality of Utrecht and developer Change = have signed an agreement for the realisation of 600 affordable rental apartments in Leidsche Rijn Centrum. On plot E7 and E8 next to the Cinemec and Leidsche Rijn station, a new high-quality residential complex will be realised for mainly working young people on the basis of the Change = concept: "Work, live, learn, life" and recently also "care & welfare, mobility, and safety.
