Berlage Vastgoed recently sold three residential complexes in Amsterdam. In total, the transaction includes 23 apartments and 2 commercial spaces in Amsterdam West, Oosterparkbuurt and Amsterdam Noord. Capital Value advised Berlage Vastgoed on the sale.
Berlage Vastgoed sells residential portfolio in Amsterdam for EUR 10 million
It concerns a unique residential portfolio built in the Amsterdam style (Amsterdamse Stijl) with homes in attractive locations. All none of the complexes, individual units have been sold off. The complexes are recently renovated to a high standard. The characteristic building style has been retained.

Amsterdam and other big cities in the Randstad are favourites. Investors value stable returns and positive economic and demographic trends as very positive”.
The portfolio has been bought by an international investor who will add the portfolio to an existing Dutch housing fund.
