Friends concept
Both Rockfield and AM are early adapters of the Friends concept, which is aimed at a target group for whom living in a prime location is made affordable and comfortable. A Friends house is for two people and is shared with a friend, family member, colleague or other roommate. Both have their own sleeping and shower room and the other areas are shared. In addition, there will be a plinth with formal and informal work and study places, a catering facility and various semi-public outdoor spaces. Marijn Snijders, Managing Director at  Capital Value: “A large part of Highnote consists of homes for starters. It is good to see that investors are willing to invest in homes for this young target group. The homes are a very welcome addition to the housing stock in Almere and contribute to reducing the housing shortage in the city.”
