Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (further: Altera) has sold a portfolio consisting of 49 single-family homes to Vastwas. The homes are located in the centre of Valkenswaard, near various amenities. The homes all have a green label and are equipped with solar panels. Capital Value advised Altera in the transaction. Legal assistance was provided by Dentons. Vastwas was assisted by Fort Advocaten.
