Capital Value Thesis Prize

Have you written a thesis on the residential or healthcare real estate market? If so, you may be eligible for the Capital Value Thesis Prize and stand a chance to win a city trip to London!

How does it work?

  • The Capital Value Thesis Prize is open to students who have written a bachelor’s or master’s thesis in the academic year 2023-2024 at a Dutch University of Applied Sciences, University, or one of the ASRE’s professional courses (MSRE or MRE).
  • Your thesis must be about the residential (investment) market or the healthcare real estate market in the Netherlands.
  • Your thesis must have been written in 2023 or 2024 (and completed by the end of 2024 at the latest).

The jury
Submitted theses will be evaluated by an expert jury consisting of real estate professionals from Capital Value, including Thijs Konijnendijk (Head of Research) and Stefan Janssen (Head of Consultancy). They will assess the theses based on the added value of the research for the residential (investment) market or the healthcare real estate market in the Netherlands. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.

The prize

They will assess the theses based on the added value of the research for the residential (investment) market or the healthcare real estate market in the Netherlands. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.

Application deadline: 31 december 2024
Would you like to be considered for the Capital Value Thesis Prize? Then please submit your thesis with a summary of no more than 2 pages by 31 December 2024 to research@capitalvalue.nl. Include a short motivation explaining why you believe you should win the Capital Value Thesis Prize. Make sure to also review the Thesis Prize regulations before submitting.
