The theme: ‘Continuing Construction in Uncertain Times.’ With over 400 attendees and engaging speakers from various organisations within the housing and care real estate market, we look back on a wonderful day!

Our annual Shared Value event has been a leading fixture in the housing investment market since 2012. The meeting is attended by a diverse range of stakeholders in the housing (investment) market, including directors of institutional and private investors, housing associations, developers, and board members from several major municipalities.

At the heart of the event is the publication of our annual research report ‘The Housing (Investment) Market in Focus,’ complemented by a carefully curated programme featuring renowned speakers who are active in the housing (investment) market.
