For Achmea Real Estate, we regularly make valuation reports for new acquisitions across the Netherlands. The 33 homes on Nieuwe Gracht in Delft, largely constructed with wood, are a prime example. The complex was acquired by Achmea Real Estate on behalf of one of its institutional clients. The seller is developer Vink Bouw from Nieuwkoop, who is also responsible for the construction of the homes.

In addition to valuations for acquisition purposes, we frequently assess sustainability and renovation issues. Furthermore, we conduct quarterly valuations of Achmea Real Estate’s portfolios to determine asset values.
