For AM, we provided advice on the housing programme for Sloterdijk I Zuid, Block III. AM requested a market report that addressed the opportunities, risks, and suitability of the development and its associated concept. The advice covered the housing programme, the distribution of housing types, parking standards, and investment value.
Through comprehensive data and project analysis, we formulated a vision for the design, housing programme, and expected sales revenue. Additionally, we assessed the impact of upcoming regulations and the WWS (Housing Valuation System) point system. The combination of our practical knowledge of investor preferences and our internal database on the residential (investment) market ultimately led to the desired outcome.
